Corporate Finance Senior Associate/Associate

You will play an integral role as a key member of our corporate finance team that advises on merger & acquisitions, disposals, valuation and fund raising activities.

Pre-requisites:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in business administration, finance or accountancy;
• Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin with good language grades;
• More than 3 years experience in financial modelling, valuation, audit, research and business development with a leading accounting firm, investment bank, boutique corporate finance firm, management consultancy firm or a progressive public listed company will be required as you are expected to manage certain projects.
