You will play an integral role as a key member of our transaction services team that provides financial due diligence help to investors and companies in all forms of transactions. Our aim is to help our clients better understand and manage value and risk drivers across the life cycle of a transaction.

Pre-requisites:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in accountancy
• Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin as the incumbent needs to liaise with Chinese speaking personnel in China more effectively
• Requires applicants to have relevant experience in audit or financial due diligence with a leading accounting firm or management consultancy firm as you are expected to manage certain projects
• Minimum 5 years experience for managerial positions and 3 years for senior positions.
