Global talent mobility
At Grant Thornton, our global talent mobility, also known as overseas secondment programme can only be described as second to none. The provision of overseas secondments in the early years of employment is an important part of our commitment to the training and development of our people. Secondment programmes can range from short-term of six months to as long as 24 months. The global talent mobility policy provides comprehensive assistance for all secondees including airfare, accommodation, living allowance.
